What Has Changed?

Previously, shipments valued at less than 800 USD were exempt from customs duties.

Effective immediately, customs duties and other import taxes will be applied to all shipments based on the HS codes of the products listed on the invoice.

Impact on Shipping Methods

Even if your shipments are made under the DAP (Delivered At Place) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms, additional fees may apply, which vary by carrier.

These additional costs include:

Customs duties, processing fees, storage and warehousing charges, and any special charges that the carrier may apply
may be included.
