In accordance with the Ministry of Trade’s updated circular regarding products subject to export bans and prior authorization, “protective masks (masks with filters for gas, dust, and radioactive dust), coveralls (protective work clothing), liquid-resistant aprons (protective aprons used against chemicals), goggles (protective eyewear), medical and surgical masks, medical sterile/non-sterile gloves, disinfectants, meltblown fabrics used in mask production (HS Code: 56 03), ventilators, anesthesia/ventilator circuits, exhalation valves, and similar products.”
● Flammable, explosive, and corrosive hazardous materials
● Perishable biological materials and radioactive materials
● Narcotic substances such as opium, morphine, cocaine, and marijuana
● Live and dead animals
● Cash, checks, promissory notes, and other valuable documents, as well as precious metals such as gold and silver, and jewelry.
● Items that may spoil quickly: meat, poultry, fish, intestines, raw hides, cooking oils, eggs, liquid detergents, machine oils, plastics, and oil-based paints
● Heavy, sharp items in thin packaging that could tear the packaging
● Bullets, empty cartridges, handguns, hunting rifles, and all types of air and firearms.
● Human organs and remains
● Tobacco and tobacco products
● Products that may explode or catch fire, such as batteries and cells
● Magnetic products
● Medications
● Knives and other sharp objects
● Unauthorized copies or counterfeits of copyrighted or branded products
● All items prohibited by law or regulation from being exported from the country or imported into the destination country
● Compressed or liquefied gases, or gases dissolved under pressure
● Perfume, deodorant
● Magnetic products
●Seeds
●Items sent abroad for repair and to be returned
●Works of art, antiques, publications, or audiovisual media prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations
●Any items whose acquisition, sale, transport, or transfer is prohibited by applicable laws

If the return process for your package has not yet begun, you can change your address by submitting your request through the “Transactions” menu in myPTS or by emailing us at cs@pts.net with your tracking number.

For operational reasons (vehicle and aircraft door dimensions), we require that no single dimension of a shipment exceed 120 cm. PTS will definitely provide solutions for the transport of your larger shipments. For more information, please contact customer service.
